WordSmart focuses specifically on vocabulary building. They offer a range difficulty levels–from grade school to graduate school. The ESL package is the vocabulary–building software levels A and B. For someone learning English as a second language, the vocabulary would be helpful for a beginner or intermediate student.

With WordSmart, you can create a personalized learning path and it will track the progress of multiple users. One of the downsides to this software, as an ESL program, is everything is in English. Therefore, it will be helpful to have a translation dictionary in your native language.

WordSmart will help you with spelling, vocabulary and pronunciation. You can listen to a native speaker say each of the words.

The program is easy to use and navigate. We didn’t have any problems during the installation and setup process.
